The description is provided for a driver's seat and fully belongs as well to a front passenger seat.


Dynamic (orthopedic) seats (FDS) differ in a multicircuit design of an adjustable back with function of memory (MMKL), and also a dynamic side emphasis. The Mnogokonturnost of a back is provided with three groups of the airbags providing the top and lower humeral, side both top and lower lumbar emphasis. The form of a surface and rigidity of a back are regulated manually by means of Group of the corresponding switches of driver's (S109) or a front passenger (S108) seat and function of "a dynamic lumbar emphasis".

Dynamic cross emphasis (front seats)

Requirements to function:

• Contour 15 R Vkl;
• Contour 15 Vkl:
• Adequacy of level of tension (without differences up or down);
• Lack of a signal of the sensor of an overheat,
• Lack of leak of air from pillows.

Function activation/deactivation of "a dynamic cross emphasis" is provided by means of the push-button FDS switch and controlled by the module of management of adjustment of a seat (N32/19). The fact of activation of function is confirmed by operation of the control light-emitting diode which is built in in the FDS button. After function activation the module of management of a seat during commission of turns provides the required pumping of the pillows of a side emphasis which are in the outer side of a curve of turn. Necessary information on the current cross overloads arrives from the module of management of antistrange system (N47) and is transferred by the module of management of the central gateway lock (N93) from the tire CAN-C in a motive compartment on the saloon tire CAN-B. At interruption of a data flow of FDS more than for 2 seconds there is an automatic shutdown of function.

Degree and speed of filling of airbags are regulated at the second level of management of the control panel (A1).

Sports mode (state 1)

Pressure in pillows of a side emphasis is forced quicker and to higher value.
Comfortable mode (state 2)

Pressure is forced more slowly and to smaller value. Enter number of the modules involved in management of dynamic adjustments of seats:

• Module of management of a voditelskogosidenye (N32/19);
• Module of management of a front passenger seat (N32/22);
• Module of management of a tsentralnogomezhsetevy lock (N93);
• Module of management of antistrange system (N47).

Priorities of activation of an emphasis

• Priority 1. Lumbar emphasis;
• Priority 2. A shoulder rest (except individual back seats);
• Priority 3: Cross emphasis;
• Priority 4: A dynamic lumbar emphasis and a dynamic side emphasis (only for front seats)

At simultaneous use of several managing directors of switches only function of the top priority is activated.

Criteria of shutdown

Automatic deactivation of all functions happens at jumps of level of supply voltage. Can lead an overheat of gates and formation of leak of air to shutdown of individual function.

Background functions

The group of pillows of a lumbar emphasis functions with paired overlapping in the wavy sequence. As in each case only one pillow is activated, the next pillows are considered as inactive, i.e. empty. The listed below background functions provide the corresponding conditions for maintenance of the correct mode of functioning of pillows.

The mode of drain of air from inactive pillows (function of an additional complete set)

At maintenance of constant pressure in an active pillow (the resident period) air from the next inactive pillows is produced.

Background dumping of pressure

At drain of air from an active pillow residual air from the next inactive pillows at the time of comparison of pressure is also produced.

Limit of dumping of pressure

At achievement of a point of appointment at the time of end of a wave of a lumbar emphasis the active pillow is devastated on command from the switch, but not further than within 1 minute.

Functions of management

Control of a rating of individual pillows of persistent areas in each case is exercised by the module of management of the corresponding seat (N32/19 and N32/22) and is imperceptible for the user with preservation of manual adjustments.

Additional adjustments are made, for example, in case of the fluctuations of pressure connected with change of the situation sitting the leakages of devices of pumping of air, temperature changes caused by activation/deactivation of elements of heating of seats and streams of heat from system of the conditioning/body sitting, etc.

The sharp pressure jumps caused by changes of the situation sitting are extinguished quickly and imperceptibly. The operating parameters can be programmed in the course of diagnostics.
