Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a lock ring 90 from an external support.
2. Remove the block of disks 89 from an external support.

3. Establish a stripper 072 on a spring plate 87 and squeeze it until the lock ring 88 is not released.

4. Remove a disk spring 86b and the piston 86, having given to an opening And compressed air.


Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Assembly is carried out as it should be, the return to dismantling. Check a gap between a lock ring 90 and an external disk 89c. The size of gaps in coupling of K1 is specified in the table. Adjust a gap by means of a lock ring 90. Thickness of a lock ring: 2.6, 2.9, 3.2, 3.5, 3.8 and 4.1 mm.
