Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the transmission case from the case the hydrotransformer.
2. Remove multidisk couplings of K1, K2 and KZ.
3. Remove a blocking ring 45h, laying 45g and the persistent needle bearing 45f from a hollow shaft 45a.
4. Remove a back solar gear wheel 45e together with an internal support of coupling KZ and the back coupling of a free wheeling 45d.
5. Remove a lock ring 45s from the coupling of a free wheeling 45d.
6. Remove the coupling of a free wheeling from a solar gear wheel.


Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Assembly is carried out as it should be, the return to dismantling. Check correctness of installation of lock rings. Check them and if it is necessary, replace them. Persistent laying of the coupling of a free wheeling 45d has to settle down in the direction to a lock ring of 45 pages.
